Cancellation policy
- Written cancellation until 12 August 2026: 25% refund
- After 12 August 2026: no refund
- No refund for no-shows or early departure
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to meningiomasymposium@wma.co.at. Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of registration, provided access to the conference has not yet been requested.
